La distilleria è situata nel nord del paese e vanta più di un secolo di storia. Per la distillazione utilizza melassa di canna da zucchero coltivata in terreni vulcanici ricchi di sostanze minerali che rendono il rum, distillato in colonna, delicato e rotondo anche grazie all' invecchiamento di 9 anni in botti rovere americano ex-Bourbon e botti ex-Sherry. Al naso note di frutta rossa e di vaniglia. In bocca è morbido con note di ciliegia, spezie, soprattutto vaniglia. Finale lungo e morbido con note di frutti esotici.
